These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ACEPrep AI Pro (the "Service"), provided by ACEGlobal Pro ("ACEGlobal", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

2. Subscription & Payments

• Access to premium features requires an active subscription processed via Razorpay and/or Stripe. Payment terms, renewal intervals, and plan benefits are disclosed at checkout.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
• We reserve the right to modify plan pricing and features with prior notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• You may not share access credentials, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.
• Do not upload or input content that is defamatory, hateful, infringing, or violates third-party rights or applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and technology within the Service are owned by ACEGlobal or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial interview preparation.
• Feedback you provide may be used by ACEGlobal to improve the Service without obligation to you.

5. AI-Generated Content

• The Service leverages AI models to generate interview questions, feedback, and practice guidance. Output may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for evaluating and applying the insights appropriately.
• Do not rely on AI-generated content as professional, legal, or financial advice.

6. Data & Privacy

• We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Changes & Availability

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the platform.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., indemnity, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACEGlobal and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACEGlobal, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after revisions become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
